The World Ozone Day-Tree Plantation

International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer also known as The World Ozone Day is celebrated every year across the globe on 16th of September. On this day 32 years ago,197 countries signed a treaty to phase out the use of the substances that harm or deplete the ozone layer. This year’s theme is “32 years and healing”. It celebrates 30 plus years of international cooperation to Protect Ozone layer and the climate under Montreal Protocol.

On the Occasion of World Ozone Day, St. John Junior College , Palghar conducted  Tree Plantation Video Making Competition.The winner of the competition is Hardika Patil from XII-Sci.
