Psychometric tests are a standard and scientific method used to measure individuals’ mental capabilities and behavioural style. A psychometric test is any activity or assessment that is conducted in order to evaluate a candidate performance, skills, knowledge, abilities, personality traits, attitudes and job/academic potential. They are aptitude tests, behavioural tests, IQ test, personality tests etc.
Mrs. Suchita Gharat conducted online session on 25th July 2020 to provide information on psychometric test. The website is suggested to conduct online Career Test, IQ Test and Personality Test.
The demonstration of Career Test is performed in online class and the generated result is explained to the students.
The students participated actively in online session. They completed their tests and shared result with Mrs. Suchita Gharat.
