Narali Poornima & Raksha Bandhan

A (Eco friendly) Rakhi Making Competition and Best out of Waste competition was conducted on the occasion of Narali Poornima & Raksha Bandhan  in St. John Junior College on 21st August 2021. The programme was organized by Miss. Prajakta Thakur.

It is Celebrated mainly in Maharashtra and in the Konkan region.Narali Purnima 2021 will be commemorated on August 22, in the Shravan Purnima. This day is celebrated as Raksha Bandhan in North India and AvaniAvittam in South India.

Seventeen Students actively participated in the competition. Students were Judged on the basis of their presentation,innovation,creativity,material used,utilization of resources,eco friendly rating,utility of product etc.

Competition was conducted through online mode. The students  sent the entries  to us through google form.
