International Yoga Day

Yoga day was celebrated on June 21st 2019. The event was organised by Mrs. Mugdha Raut. The objective of programme was to inform the students about the importance and benefits of Yoga. Yoga relaxes mind, relieves stress, strengthens immune system and flexes our muscles & bones.

Five students who learnt Yoga demonstrated and shared benefits of some Asanas & Postures. All students followed them. Examples : Tadasana, Shavasana ,Vajrasana, Trikonasana etc. The students enjoyed doing Yoga.

Mrs. Mugdha Raut encouraged the students through her speech to practise Yoga daily for health life. It was overall a good and relaxing programme.
