Shloka recitation competition was conducted on the occasion of Guru Purnima at St. John Junior College on 23th July 2021. The programme was organized by Mrs. Chinmayi Churi.
The Programme was introduced by sharing few words on Guru Purnima. A speech was delivered by Mrs. Chinmayi Churi on Guru Purnima.
The Students actively participated in the competition . They displayed great confidence as they chanted difficult Shlokas with ease. Some shlokas are suggestive of moral which are guideline to smooth happy and peaceful life.
The students were judged on the basis of Pronunciation, Clarity, Selection of Shloka, Over effect, etc
We conducted the competition through online mode. The students made a video and sent it to us.
These Students are the winners of shloka recitation competition.
