Report on Physics Debate Competition

Venue: St. John Junior College

The Science Department successfully organized the Physics Debate Competition on 30th July 2026 under the guidance of Mrs. Divya Shukla. The event aimed to promote scientific temperament, critical thinking, logical reasoning, and effective communication skills among students.

The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, who presented well-researched arguments on thought-provoking physics-related topics. The participants demonstrated confidence, clarity of thought, analytical ability, and teamwork while expressing their viewpoints. The healthy exchange of ideas created an engaging and intellectually stimulating atmosphere.

The event was judged by Ms. Vaibhavi Rathad and Ms. Alisha Karanje, who evaluated the participants on the basis of subject knowledge, content, presentation, logical reasoning, rebuttal skills, and overall communication.

The competition concluded with the announcement of the winners, who were recognized for their outstanding performance:

• First Prize: Manisha Yadav & Kashish Yadav
• Second Prize: Dimple Choudhary & Ritika Kachawah
• Third Prize: Shlok Panchal & Yash Chaudhari
• Consolation Prize: Naitik Pal & Pushkar Varatha
