Nature Photography Contest

In celebration of “World Nature Conservation Day”, St. John Junior College organized a “Nature Photography Contest” to promote environmental awareness and appreciation of the natural world. The contest aimed to encourage participants to capture the beauty and diversity of nature while highlighting the importance of conservation efforts. The event attracted photography enthusiasts, nature lovers, and conservation advocates from various backgrounds. The objective of the contest to inspire participants and viewers to recognize the significance of nature conservation through the visual medium of photography.

Judging Criteria: Composition, originality, technical quality, adherence to the theme, and the environmental message conveyed.

The contest received an overwhelming response, with over 23 participant’s submissions from amateur and professional photographers alike. Participants submitted stunning photographs capturing the essence of nature in its various forms. The diversity of entries showcased the participants’ deep appreciation for the environment and their commitment to conservation.
