Tiger Day Celebration

Tiger day was celebrated on the 1st of August, 2023. It was conducted by the Principal of St.John Junior College, Mrs.Suchita Gharat and coordinated by Ms.Renita D’souza. The students of SJJC (XI arts and XII arts) participated in a rally that headed from St.John Junior college and encircled the campus saying slogans on conservation of tigers.

A street play was performed by the students in order to create an awareness regarding tiger extinction. There was an active participation of students in the rally as well as street play. Members of the Students council managed the discipline during the entire event.

The event was performed at various institutes: St. John College of Engineering and Management (SJCEM), St. John College of Pharmacy (SJIPR), St. John College of Humanities and Sciences (SJCHS),St. John International School

Students gathered in large numbers and witnessed the event. It was a fun filled and thoughtful event that sent a valuable message to all.
